SB Flake (FS)

Our SB Flake Floor for Fire Departments is very popular in Atlantic Canada. This is an industrial version of our standard SB Flake Floor. We start with preparing the floor surface by grinding and repairing any damage to the concrete.
- A commercial prime coat is applied to the concrete.
- The initial coat of commercial epoxy is applied to the floor and the flakes are broadcast to rejection.
- Once cured, an additional coat of epoxy and flakes are applied.
- Custom Safety Lines for truck parking can be added at this stage to be embedded under the top coat.
- This double broadcast base is then coated with a chemical resistant top coat to seal the floor and provide protection and durability.
- This floor is considered to be decorative in appearance with many options for colour.
SB Quartz (FS)

This is an industrial version of our standard SB Quartz Floor. We start with preparing the floor surface by grinding and repairing any damage to the concrete.
- A commercial prime coat is applied to the concrete.
- The initial coat of commercial epoxy is applied to the floor and the quartz silicate are broadcast into the epoxy.
- Once cured, an additional coat of epoxy and quartz are applied.
- Custom Safety Lines for truck parking can be added at this stage to be embedded under the top coat.
- This double quartz base is then coated with a chemical resistant top coat to seal the floor and provide protection and durability.
- This floor is considered to be decorative with the many quartz colour choices, yet durable with the strength the quartz silicate provides.
SB Shop (FS)

Our SB Fire Shop Floor for Fire Departments is our strongest option for a Fire Department Floor in Atlantic Canada. We start with preparing the floor surface by grinding and repairing any damage to the concrete.
- A commercial prime coat is applied to the concrete.
- The initial coat of commercial epoxy is applied to the floor and the clear quartz silicate are broadcast into the epoxy.
- An optional second layer of this quartz silicate epoxy can be added. This is our double broadcast quartz floor.
- Custom Safety Lines for truck parking can be embedded before our top coat is applied.
- This SB Shop Floor is then coated with a chemical resistant top coat to seal the floor and provide protection and durability.
- This floor is the strongest and most durable of our Fire Station floors. While not as decorative as the flakes or quartz, it makes up for it in strength.
